E-structor Availability

Expert Educators e-structors are available to chat in real-time via the LiveAdvise whiteboard Sunday-Thursday 8PM-10PM Eastern Standard Time.

During the 2008-2009 school years, LiveAdvise service will be active during these weeks. Please note that there are breaks in service in between each semester:

• Fall semester 2008 - Sept 2-Dec 11
• Spring semester 2009 - Jan 11-May 14
• Summer semester 2009 - Jun 14-Aug 13
• Fall semester 2009 - Sept 8-Dec 14

When you log on during hours when an e-structor is not available, you can leave a message that will be answered within 24 hours. You can log back on to get your answer.

In the months of August and December, there are weeks that e-structors may not be available. If you are logging on during those months, exact information on when e-structors are and are not available is found when you select Access LiveAdvise and login with your username and passcode.
